ILMAP is an Italian filter nozzle manufacturer that designs and produces components for water treatment and filtration systems. Our range includes thermoplastic and stainless steel filter nozzles, drainage and distribution systems, resin traps, air diffusers and installation accessories.
From our headquarters in Sorbolo, Parma, Italy, we support public and industrial water treatment projects in more than 100 countries, helping customers select and configure the most suitable components for their operating conditions.

ILMAP’s experience in filter nozzle production dates back to 1963. Over the decades, we have developed the manufacturing expertise, technical resources and production capacity required to support both standard orders and application-specific requirements.
Today, our production process combines modern injection molding technologies with in-house mold engineering, technical assistance and dedicated warehousing.
Advanced Injection Molding
Our production department operates 13 modern injection molding machines, enabling ILMAP to manufacture a broad range of thermoplastic filter nozzles and water treatment components efficiently.
This production capacity allows us to respond to different volumes, configurations and customer requirements while maintaining consistent manufacturing standards.
In-House Mold Design and Engineering
Our internal workshop is staffed by specialists in product design and manufacturing. It is equipped with CAD-CAM software and CNC machines for the development of high-precision production molds.
Managing this expertise in-house allows ILMAP to create new molds, improve existing equipment and respond quickly to maintenance and product-development requirements.
Warehousing and Reliable Supply
ILMAP has more than 1,000 m² of covered warehouse space dedicated to products and components.
This warehousing capacity supports reliable order management and helps us provide appropriate fulfillment times for standard products. Availability and delivery times for large quantities or special configurations are confirmed according to each project.
